Manager Finance & Accounting

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance management, ideally in the tourism or hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards. - Experience working within a corporate structure, coordinating with group-level finance teams. - Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., Xero etc). - Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a finance team. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
