Manager Operasional

Job Description:

• Team Building: Recruiting, training, and managing a motivated and skilled team. Creating a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance. Recruitment will be supported by the Farabi Music School Samarinda management team.

• Marketing: Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the music school. This includes creating promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and organizing events to attract new students and customers.

• Annual Planning: Collaborating with the management team to plan and implement annual goals and initiatives. This involves setting long-term objectives for the music school, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to achieve the set targets.

• Operational Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery. You will work closely with the school principal and accountant to manage these operations effectively.

• Customer Relationship: Ensuring that students and parents receive excellent service and a positive experience. Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Financial Oversight: Managing the budget, including tracking expenses, setting financial goals, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (Sarjana) in Music Education, Business, and any other related majors.

• Have a basic understanding of the music industry and managing business
