Manager Sales Online

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between online sales efforts and overall business goals. • Identify target audience segments, analyze market trends, and refine online sales approaches accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, conversion rates, traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and engage potential customers. • Manage online sales platforms and partnerships, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to continuously refine online sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and guide strategic improvements in online sales efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand brand visibility and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in online sales and e-commerce.Create program promotion for sales activity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze area market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Train, motivate, and support store supervisor and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. Requirements:

• Have min. 2 years working experience as a Online Sales Manager.

• Proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence. (preferably from the fashion industry).

• Has knowledge in the fashion industry, especially in product and business process knowledge.

• Proficiency in managing online sales platforms and understanding current e-commerce trends.
