Manager Studio

Role Description:

1. Manage and maintain accurate scheduling for studio classes and appointments.

2. Create the weekly class schedule for Pilates and Yoga.

3. Engage with members by welcoming them, chatting with them, and asking for feedback about the classes they attended.

4. Maintain the studio's standard customer experience.

5. Ensure smooth operations of administrative tasks within the studio.

6. Oversee membership records and billing systems.

7. Identify potential sponsors or brands to collaborate with as studio partners, such as for events, campaigns, or product sponsorships.

8. Manage check-ins and class registrations using the Reserv app.

2. Skilled in managing schedules and ensuring all classes and events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a gym or yoga and pilates studio environment

• Proficient in using Reserv or similar reservation management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in social media platforms and community engagement tools

• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
