Manajer Cafe

Job Description:

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee all daily activities in the cafe, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, from customer service to food preparation, inventory management, and staff coordination.

• Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate cafe staff to provide outstanding customer service. Manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and handle staffing issues as they arise.

• Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained by resolving customer concerns and ensuring the cafe atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure that all necessary products are available. Manage stock efficiently and reduce waste while maintaining product quality.

• Financial Management: Manage the cafe’s budget, including expenses, payroll, and inventory costs. Ensure the cafe is operating within budget and achieve profitability targets.

• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, events, or offers that attract new customers and drive sales. Help develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the management regarding operational performance, sales, customer feedback, and any operational issues. Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (Sarjana) in Culinary, Hospitality Management Business, and any other related majors.

• Proven experience in managing the operations of a cafe or similar food and beverage establishment.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of financials, inventory management, and budget management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve problems efficiently
