Mandarin Assistant

Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a Mandarin Assistant who can fluently communicate in Mandarin and support executive and operational tasks across the company. You will work closely with Chinese-speaking management, handle translation duties, and assist in coordination between local and Mandarin-speaking teams. This position requires strong Mandarin proficiency and maturity in handling fast-paced business communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English translation during meetings, calls, and daily communication.

• Assist Chinese-speaking executives with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.

• Translate business documents, reports, emails, and communication materials.

• Help manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and reporting.

• Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth workflow.

• Join external meetings or business visits to assist in real-time interpretation.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translation and communication activities.

Requirements

• Requirements Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening — must be confident and fast.

• Minimum HSK Level 4–6 required.

• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Mandarin assistant, translator, interpreter, or similar role.

• Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is strongly preferred.

• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination ability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
