YOUR "DAY-TO-DAY"
- Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues (routine and non routine activity)
- Support investigation of non-conformities and deviations. Ensure accurate follow-up and reporting of open actions, maintaining the related database updated.
- Documentation management & QMS support
- Propose and follow up on Quality improvement ideas in production or other operational processes.
- Analyze information and participate in small projects.
- Materials management. Support the Manufacturing Department to improve DIMs performance and its impact on product quality, machine efficiency, and production costs.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Open for Contracted/PKWT position
- Open for Fresh Graduates; minimum D3 or S1 (Science, Engineering, or any relevant background related Quality Background)
- Have experiecne in Quality Manufacture will be an advantage
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO)
- Strong knowledge of Quality tools, root cause analysis, analytical skills, and statistical tools
- Ability to transform data into meaningful information (reporting skills)
- Attention to detail
- Have proactive mindset and able to collaborate between team
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Prowepoint) excellently
- Able to operate SAP would be an advantage
- Able to operate Power BI would be an advantage
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
