- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marine Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore marine operations, with at least:
 - 8 years in the construction, load-out, and T&I (Transportation & Installation) of offshore oil & gas facilities.
 - 5 years at a superintendent level.
- Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, specifications, and safety policies/procedures.
- Proven experience managing marine operations effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High regard for QA/QC and HSE compliance throughout all project phases.
- Strong influencing and leadership abilities.
- Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Immediate availability to join.
- Must be domiciled in Indonesia.
