- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other disciplines from reputable universities. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or marketing & sales role for Engineering or EPC or End-user company. Having experience as a design engineer or project planning or project management will be an advantage point. - Fluent in the use of MS Office applications and willing to learn other new systems and applications. - Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, speaking, writing). Chinese language skill will be an advantage point. - Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistency, and detail oriented. - Ability to proactively work unsupervised and unassisted; determined to make frequent reporting and expediting to relevant parties.
