Requirements

· Sandals enthusiasts

· Candidate must process at least a Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in any field

· Have a minimum 1-3 years experience as a Marketing Communication Manager in the retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle

· Good Communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

· Digital savvy and Microsoft office-friendly

· Fluent in English both oral and written

Jobdesk

· Able to create a strong brand identity and maintain throughout ATL-BTL activities to be the market leader in the sandals industry.

· Create and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program, by developing strategies, planning, and executing activities with customized activations for variant customer segments.

· Establish good relations with other stakeholders (KOL, mall marketing, digital media, etc.) to support the brand and its activities.

· Manage customer segmentation strategies, develop smart attribution modeling, and ensure reach the right customers.
