Marketing Communication Specialist

Job Description:

• Drive marketing strategies, develop, execute, and optimize based on deep knowledge of the Indonesia's Modest Fashion

• Create event and activation to strengthen brand image and brand awareness

• Develop strategic partnerships and events/activations to strengthen brand image and brand awareness

• Plan, execute and oversee the implementation of social media content, and create related caption with English

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging and branding are consistent and effective campaign/content

• Coordinate and build good relationship with all media, KOL, social, community, and other functions to ensure the holistic success of campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

• Min 4 years of experience in a marketing communication role, preferably with strong experience in high-end fashion brand or international brand marketing campaign, creative, partnerships and events in fashion retail

• Strong cross-functional skills, including working with data, copywriting and events /project handling

• Full proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required

• Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, South Tangerang
