Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles in the textile or safety equipment industry;

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Creative and innovative mindset;

• Smart, fast learner with hard working dynamic attitude;

• Result driven oriented with high persuasive skill;

• Team work oriented to achieve the sales target;

• Proactive, self-motivated, strong work ethic and responsibility;

• Fluent in English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus);

• Passion for textile or safety equipment and a desire to drive their success;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java.

  Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Implement effective and innovative campaigns to enhance product visibility and market share.

• Monitor and evaluate the targeted implementation of sales, pricing, promotion and brand equity's strategies.

• Improving existing products and concepting new ones.

• Observe and make the survey's outcome on competitors marketing activities.

• Leading market research, and monitoring branding activity to control brand’s performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
