Qualifications: • Male or Female, maximum 35 years of age. • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline. • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in a beauty clinic. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads algorithms. • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the clinic. • Capable of providing clear creative briefs to the design and creative teams. • Able to foster a positive and collaborative work culture across teams. • Strong leadership, team coordination, and people management skills. • Energetic, results-oriented, and possess excellent leadership qualities. • Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to drive business growth and ensure continuous monthly revenue improvement.
