Marketing Officer Internship

Job Description:

Swallow is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Intern to support our KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and social media initiatives. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement. If you’re enthusiastic about social media, love staying updated with the latest trends, and are confident on camera, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. KOL Management Support

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential KOLs.

- Help coordinate communication and collaboration with KOLs for campaigns and promotions.

- Support the documentation and reporting of KOL activities.

2. Social Media Assist

- Support in planning and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc).

- Help monitor social media metrics and assist in reporting performance (tracking growth, engagement, and startegies's effectiveness).

- Research and share current trends or viral content ideas that align with the brand.

3. Live Streaming & Content Creation

- Hosting Interactive Live Streaming Sessions: Lead entertaining and interactive live streaming sessions in fun, fiendly, and interactive way

- Maintaining Energy & Enthusiasm: Keep the energy high throughout the live session to ensure an engaging and exciting experience for the audience.

- Brainstorm and support in developing content ideas such as games, challenges, or giveaways.

- Help with basic video editing or visual content if needed.

Requirements:

1. Min SMK or D3

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong research, organizational, creative, and time management abilities.

4. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

5. Digital savvy with an understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

6. Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and innovative content.

7. Comfortable being in front of the camera for content or live sessions.

8. Available for maximum 6 months internship
