Responsibilities • Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term partnerships. • Maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. • Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and execution. • Work closely with internal teams (design, content, ads, etc.) to ensure smooth campaign execution. • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to clients. • Research market trends and contribute to campaign strategy and event planning. Requirements • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.). • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, including event and campaign planning. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with leads and clients. • Strong project management skills - ability to handle multiple campaigns at once. • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in a marketing agency or client-facing role is a plus.
