Marketing Promotion staff

Key responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities

• Develop and manage promotional materials including signage, displays, and point-of-sale content

• Monitor and analyze promotional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure promotional strategies align with product placement and inventory management

• Liaise with retail partners and store managers to support effective implementation of marketing promotions

• Research market trends and consumer behavior to inform promotional strategy and tactics

• Maintain promotional budgets and track promotional spending to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Support the development of promotional calendars and campaign timelines

• Assist in creating marketing collateral and promotional communications

• Provide regular reporting and feedback on promotional activities and their effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any Major ( preferred from Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field )

• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Marketing Staff, Promotion Staff, Merchandiser, Field Marketing Staff, or in a similar position.

• Experience in the stationery, FMCG, or retail industry is highly preferred.

• Having experience handling event or Marketing field.

• Willing to travel for field activities and undertake business trips outside the city when required.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple promotional activities effectively.

• Willing to work on-site in Gambir, Central Jakarta.
