Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze local customer behavior, product trends, and spending habits.

Research competitors’ strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and promotional tactics.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, both online and offline.

Brainstorm and implement strategies tailored to the local market needs.

Identify potential brand partnerships and coordinate collaborative opportunities. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), suggest creative collaboration ideas, and coordinate campaigns

Assist in planning and executing local events to engage target audiences and enhance brand presence.

Coordinate between the Jakarta team and local KOLs, including product shipments and feedback management.

Analysis and provide monthly KOL & Activations report

Qualifications :

Proven experience in marketing, brand development, or similar roles.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.

Creative and proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Experience in managing events or partnerships is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, extroverted personality, and ability to work independently.

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.

This is a remote position, but only candidates currently residing in Surabaya will be considered
