About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team at PT PENCO MEGA ABADI' (MONTANA STATIONERY). As a Sales Marketing Staff in several areas: Jabodetabek, Banjarmasin, Lombok, Bali, Pontianak, Batam, and Pekanbaru, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base in the Jakarta region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and identifying potential new clients in the local market

• Conducting market research to understand customer needs and pain points

• Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers

• Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials

• Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

• Experienced in Stationery industries, highly appreciated with some experience in stationeries company, such as: Joyko, Kenko, Snowman, Standard, Deli, M&G, Greebel.

• Proven track record of success in new business development and sales, preferably in the Sales industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Demonstrated skills in market research, customer needs analysis, and strategic sales planning

• Proficiency in delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiations

• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
