Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities & Expected Result :

Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to promote the company's geothermal consulting services, pursue potential clients, and enhance the company's brand image.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, clients, academic society, organizations, and media to pursue opportunities and partnerships/collaborations.
Control the annual marketing and business development budget.
Provide necessary support to bid process/proposal development.

General Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, & Engineering.
3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Drilling Services, Well Testing, Power Plant Operation and Maintenance preferably in Geothermal, Mining or Oil & Gas Industry.
Expert in Geothermal Well Testing Projects.
Understand the tools related to Geothermal Well Testing Projects and know the process.
Understand the ISO 9001.
English proficiency both in written and oral.
Willing to do offline recruitment process.

PT Thermochem Indonesia continues to refine and implement cost-effective, solution-based services to the geothermal industry. These services include Exploration, Well Testing, Resource Assessment, Geochemical studies, Power Plant Performance Testing and Process Chemistry consulting.
