JOB DESCRIPTION: A Matcharista is the main point of contact with customers, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality. They ensure customers have the best experience by preparing drinks with care and educating them about the products. A Matcharista plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Excellent communication skills • Passion in F&B and hospitality industry • Friendliness, patience & enthusiasm • A strong willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum age of 18 years old • Minimum High school diploma (SMA/SMK) • Minimum 6 months of barista / kitchen experience • Ability to communicate verbally in English • Honest, polite, disciplined
