Math Teacher - Eye Level Karadenan Cibinong

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, English Education, English Literature, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong Mathematics skills, particularly at Elementary to Junior High School level.

• Able to explain mathematical concepts clearly, patiently, and systematically.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, disciplined, honest, responsible, committed, creative, and proactive.

• Tech-savvy and able to adapt to a structured learning environment.

• Willing to introduce and promote the Eye Level learning program to students and parents.

• Willing to undergo Eye Level training and follow the Eye Level teaching methodology.

• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.

• Willing to work onsite.

General Responsibilities :

• Teach Mathematics to children aged 4-15 years old according to the Eye Level curriculum and teaching methodology.

• Provide academic coaching in a small-group learning environment based on each student's individual progress.

• Explain mathematical concepts clearly and guide students to develop independent learning skills.

• Motivate and encourage students throughout their learning process.

• Monitor, grade, and maintain students' academic progress and learning reports.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and Center staff.

• Introduce and explain the Eye Level program to prospective students and parents when needed.

• Perform administrative and operational activities related to teaching when required.

• Identify and report students' learning difficulties or other concerns to the Center Director.

• Participate actively in Eye Level training and other center activities.
