- Ikhwan/Muslim - Maximum age: 35 years old - Non-smoker, in excellent physical and mental health - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with a GPA of at least 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) - Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for teaching purposes - Experience with the Cambridge Mathematics curriculum is preferred - Demonstrates a passion for teaching and fostering students' growth, with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Has a good personality, high social awareness, and a spirit of collaboration - Possesses strong analytical skills, cognitive abilities, and excellent literacy - Proactive in using technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes - Committed to continuous personal and professional development, with a growth-oriented mindset - Able to manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
