Mechanical Engineer

Saat ini sister company kami yaitu PT Dipo Pomajusa Sejahtera sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Mechanical Engineering dengan penempatan di Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring all MEP systems operate properly, such as air conditioning systems, electrical installations, generators, water pipes, pumps, fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, smoke detectors, etc.

• Periodically carry out inspections to ensure that all MEP equipment and connections are in good and safe condition.

• Supervise the work of tenant contractors (both shops and exhibitions) to ensure the MEP installations used are comply with the standards set by the company. Preparing the daily report to the Superior for the updated information & coordination of MEP work activities.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• At least 3 years of working experiences within M&E property developer especially High Rise Building/ Apartment / Mansion

• Have a good knowledge in SNI of Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing & Electrical construction project

• The candidate understand the function of building utilities (Travo, MVMDP, LVMDP, Genset, HVAC, STP, Lift, Pump)

• Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office and AutoCAD.
