Invite merchants to join community groups (WhatsApp and Facebook) and engage them actively.

Provide the community with the latest news, directions, and product updates.

Assist merchants in resolving reported issues.

Invite and conduct offline engagement workshops for merchants.

Create and present weekly reports on OKR results.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Experience in community engagement and event planning.

Experience in customer service or similar roles handling multiple merchants.

At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Service (both offline and online).

Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media to manage multiple communication groups effectively.

Experience in coordinating or managing teams is an advantage.
