Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent - Having exposure in community engagement and event planning - Having exposure in account management role - 1 year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online - Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.

Job Description - To maintain and improve seller' transactions through certain initiatives. - To invite seller to join community groups and engage them in WhatsApp. - To invite and conduct offline engagement workshop - To create weekly reporting and present OKR result - To help seller to solve any reported issue, inform them of the latest news, directions, or product updates.
