We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our team and is responsible for: 1. Take photos and videos of products, events, or company content to be used across various digital platforms and social media. 2. Ensure the visual and technical quality of photos and videos meets the company's brand standards. 3. Edit photos and videos using professional software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro to produce engaging content. 4. Create designs for social media, email marketing, and websites. 5. Contribute creative ideas for branding and other visual content. 6. Provide visual support for product launches, events, or company branding initiatives. The role requires: 1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in multimedia design. 3.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. 4. In-depth knowledge of photography and videography, as well as proficiency in motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is highly valued. 5. Having a personal laptop is preferred. 6. Ability to create engaging and original visual content while adapting to evolving design needs. 7. Strong communication skills in conveying ideas to the team and understanding the needs of internal clients. 8. Must have a portfolio showcasing relevant skills in graphic design, photography, and videography, particularly related 8- to digital marketing or social media. 9. Align with PEXIO Core Values
