- Have a good understanding of Islam (interview instrument) - Have a Bachelor's degree in the field (a series of HR candidate tests with interviews, microteaching, and academic ability tests) - Able to work with a team - Have teaching experience in formal or informal institutions - Can read the Quran - Do not smoke - Active English for Academic teachers - Active Arabic language for Diniyah and musyrif/musyrifah teachers - Maximum age 35 years - Looks sharia-compliant - Able to operate Microsoft Office - Have good leadership - Disciplined, responsible, and ready to fight - Bachelor of PAl, Arabic or Akhwal Syakhsiyyah - Preaching activist - Experience as a musyrif/musyrifah for at least 2 years
