Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and capabilities. - Develop personalized therapy plans based on the client's goals, challenges, and strengths. - Implement therapy interventions designed to help individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life. - Provide education and guidance to clients and their families on the use of adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies. - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports. - Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy. Requirements: - Diploma's or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. - Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist - Experience working with children with sensomotor, cognitive, or developmental challenges (fresh graduate are welcome to apply). - Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Commitment to ongoing professional development. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in working with special needs populations such as children with autism, developmental delays, or sensory processing disorders. - Certifications in specialized areas of occupational therapy (e.g., sensory integration, DIR/Floortime, neurodevelopmental treatment, etc).
