Created, revised, and modified hotel accounts in Bookandlink's internal system.
Handling onboarding process for new hotels that use Bookandlink.
Provide training onsite and/or online. Assist the hotel account for 30 days.
Happy to travel or meet in the field. (if needed)


Must have requirements;

Deep understanding of Bookandlink's FOS, CM, and IBE system.
Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Based in Bali


General requirements; 

Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel as an E-Commerce or Online Sales.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time and project management skills and a commitment to improving inefficient processes
Great with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, etc.)
