Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational management role within the F&B industry.

Residing in Bali

Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.

Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the F&B sector.

Proficiency in using F&B management software and MS Office tools.

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
