OPERATIONAL MANAGER - F&B -Bali

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational management role within the F&B industry.

2. Residing in Bali

3. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.

4. Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

6. Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the F&B sector.

7. Proficiency in using F&B management software and MS Office tools.

8. Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers.

10. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

11. Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
