Outlet Manager

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field, depending on the position. • Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. • Good understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, honest, and responsible. • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. • Strong analytical, administrative, and reporting skills, depending on the position. • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Willing to be assigned to the respective Padma Hotels & Resorts locations. • Relevant professional certifications and additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
