Partnership Executive (Jakarta Barat)

- Education • Minimum D3/S1 graduate - Experience • Minimum 1-2 years experience in business development, marketing, or partnership, with specific experience in the FnB (cate and restaurant) and/or clothing industry is an added value. • Experience in finding and establishing partnerships with businesses in the FnB and clothing industry is highly preferred. - Skill and Competencies • Have a wide network of connections with owners and managers of cafes. restaurants, or clothing businesses. • Good communication skills (verbal and written) to negotiate and build relationships with partners in the FnB and clothing sector. • Able to identify business opportunities in the FnB and clothing sector and develop strategies to attract new partners from both fields. • Good presentation skills to convince potential partners and explain the value of cooperation. * Able to work with targets and have a results orientation. • Analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and potential in the FnB and clothing industry.- Personal Characteristics • Proactive, independent, and highly motivated to seek new business opportunities. • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various departments (eg marketing or operational teams). • Have integrity and be able to maintain long-term relationships with partners. - Technology Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point, and Word). - Others • Have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to potential partner locations. • English language skills (both spoken and written) are an added value. This Partnership Executive position will focus on finding and acquiring new partners or branches, especially in the FnB (cafe and restaurant) and clothing industries. Candidates are expected to have extensive connections in both industries and be able to manage relationships with various partners to support the company's growth through strategic expansion.
