Requirements : - At least 1 year of proven experience in partnership development, event planning, or community management, with an established network of industry connections. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with external stakeholders, including sponsors, KOLs, and B2B partners. - Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and execute projects, such as offline events and community-building initiatives, from planning to completion within deadlines and budgets. - A genuine passion for fostering connections and building a strong sense of community, aligned with the company's vision.
