Responsibilities: • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Design, develop, and implement employee training and development programs. • Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for competency improvement. • Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. • Collaborate with department managers to identify employee development needs. • Develop innovative and engaging training materials. • Maintain training databases and compile reports related to employee development programs. • Monthly employee KPI Assessment Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Development or employee training. • Excellent communication skills and effective presentation abilities. • Experience in designing and implementing training programs. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. • Detail-oriented with good project management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
