Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities: • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings with timely reminders. • Ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Pay close attention to detail in handling daily tasks and instructions. • Assist with content creation, including taking photos/videos and basic editing. • Handle administrative tasks and provide overall support for daily operations. • Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues as they arise. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred • 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role • Has a creative mindset and excellent communication skill • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) | • High responsibiliy, strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently • Detail-oriented and able to follow specific, thorough instructions • Fast response, capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling tasks with a sense of urgency • Dedicated and commited to work for a long time • Content editing skill is a plus
