Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

- Managing daily agendas, appointments, and executive calendars

- Arranging travel plans (business & personal), including bookings and itineraries

- Drafting, reviewing, and translating documents in both Bahasa Indonesia & English

- Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders - Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials

- Organizing meetings, events, and business activities

- Handling confidential documents and maintaining a structured filing system

- Supporting personal errands and ad-hoc tasks - Providing timely reminders and task follow-ups

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

- Prior experience as a PA or Executive Assistant preferred

- Excellent English (spoken & written) – mandatory

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

- Professional, discreet, and proactive attitude

- Willing to work flexible hours and support personal matters when needed

- Preferably female, max. age 28 (adjustable based on company policy)
