Qualification

1. At least high school / Bachelor's degree

2. Freshgraduates are welcome to apply

3. Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, typing and listening to Mandarin ( Mandarin Preferable )

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

5 . Able to work in a team 6. Have excellent organizational and time management skills

7. Honest, Conscientious and Dexterous

8 . Detail-oriented in work

Job Description

1. Prepare files and documents required for meetings

2. Receive and reply to emails that are directly related to management work

3. Prepare reports required by management

4. Properly carry out other delegated tasks

5. Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian - Mandarin (both orally and in writing)

6. Able to handle multiple tasks at a time with tight deadlines

7. Assist meetings translation in verbal and written (Indonesian, Mandarin)

8. As personal assistant and Chinese translator with all office staff.
