- Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and daily schedules - Communication: Handle emails, messages, and draft correspondence with clarity and professionalism - Research & Reporting: Conduct research as needed and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and written materials - Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation - Event Coordination: Organize events and speaking engagements (e.g., online gatherings) to ensure seamless execution - Database & Administrative Management: Oversee filing systems and databases, and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency - Errands & Household Management: Assist with running errands and managing household tasks, including coordinating with childcare and cleaning staff - Time Management: Support daily time management initiatives to optimize the CEO’s productivity - Experience with a minimum of 3 years in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership - Exceptional Communication Skills in both English and Indonesian - Organizational Skills - Interpersonal Skills - Proactive approach to problem-solving - Tech Savy and experience with standard software and the ability to learn company-specific software as needed - Discretion & Trustworthiness - Adaptability
