Requirements : - Education Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. - Experience at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably supporting a business owner or executive. Responsibilities: - Provide full administrative and personal support to the owner. - Manage schedules, correspondence, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management. - Oversee personal errands, family matters, and household management, including supervising staff. - Organize travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations. Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience with scheduling, travel arrangements, and digital tools. - Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin. - Trustworthy, proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
