POS Incoming Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle all unique or client specific processing/service requirements

• Review transactions for accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures. May include analysis of gain/loss associated with adjustment processing

• Define, quantify and analyze error causes. Analyze trends and recommend workflow changes and processing improvements including system enhancements as required

• Communicate processing errors to colleagues

• Research and process complex disbursements

• Responsible to review all complex financial adjustment requests for resolution of processing errors and for accuracy. Process requests in good order including appropriate follow up regarding confirmation statements and voiding duplicate checks

• Co-ordinate the resolution and reclaim of lost funds

• Research and resolve all outstanding processing variances. Monitor resolution of all outstanding variances to ensure compliance with departmental standards

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or high school diploma and equivalent business experience

• 18 to 24 months of Operations experience

• Understands interrelationships between all processing systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of products

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

• Able to interpret customer service needs

• Effective presentation skills
