• Female, 23 - 35 years old • D3/51 any major or final year student • Have strong class management skills • Experience in teaching in formal or informal institution • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Have excellent communication skills • Excellent in pottery technique (handbuilt and throwing) • Understand and able to conduct glazing and firing process is a plus • Having facilitation experience and able to teach participants in large groups is a plus • Good work ethic and personality can adapt to fast-paced working environment • Willing to work in all Jakarta areas • Willing to work on weekends and holiday • Min. 2 working days is allowed
