PR MARKETING

Job descriptions:

1. Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies focused on high-level placements in print, media broadcast, and online channels to increase company visibility.

2. Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material

3. Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, flyers, videos, social media posts etc.) *

4. Updating and maintaining Web content *

5. Building positive relationships with all high school, university, stakeholders, media and the public

6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing team) and maintain open communication with senior management.

7. Prepare and distribute press releases.

8. Organize PR events (e.g., Open Days, Info Sessions, Exhibition/Expo, Press Conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.

9. Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.

10. Address inquiries from the media and other parties (proposal from schools, etc.)

11. Prepare and submit PR reports.

12. Manage PR issues.

Job requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role, preferable in Education Industry

2. BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related

3. Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)

4. Background in researching, writing and editing publications *

5. Strong communication ability (oral and written)

6. Proficient in MS Office and social media *

7. Familiarity with project management software (e.g.: content management systems/CMS) and video/photo editing is a plus

8. Project and budget management skills

9. Excellent organizational skills

10. Ability to work well under pressure with strict time limit

11. Creativity and problem-solving aptitude

12. Quick and enthusiastic learner
