- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, International Relations or a related field. - Minimum 1 year experience in Public Relations, Communications and/or Community Management. - Having experience in event planning and operations is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written, spoken, and listening). - Strong organizational, public speaking, and social communication skills. - Proficiency in using software tools like Canva and Google Workspace. - A lifelong learner who enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge. - Strategically lead all marketing and communication initiatives related to lith Space across various communication channels, including digital platforms (social media and others), conventional media (both offline and online), with the goal of increasing lith Space's visibility and reputation within the business community. - Strategically support our accelerator portfolio in enhancing their brand awareness, publication quality, communication strategies, and market penetration in a more targeted and measurable manner. - Lead networking and partnerships on a larger scale across industries, including startups, entrepreneurs, businesses, government, and other key stakeholders, to strengthen lith Space's market presence and build respect and trust. - Regularly prepare media networking initiatives and press releases to share lith Space's insights on entrepreneurship, ensuring the brand remains relevant and consistently establishes its values, perspectives, and thought leadership in the market. - Prepare investor reports and support investor relations on a regular basis as part of 1ith Space's reporting and accountability to its group of investors. - Participate in the preparation of other publications related to lith Space and its portfolio, including podcasts, articles, social media content, and other media publications.
