Job Description • Responsible for the execution and perform of all sales activities in assigned Account, Products & Industries. • Direct report to TMT Account Management to provides sales revenue generation and manage leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customers (new account) demand in product and services area. • Follow and achieve the targeted development plan as assigned by the TMT Account Management. Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology. Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mining/Mineral). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field. • Having sales experience in mining site will be a plus • Strong Sales Record and Goal Achiever • Having excellent coverage in Account especially Mining Industries • Knowledge on some of the IT Related Service • Knowledge of mobile communication standards such as LTE, 5G, and other relevant technologies (Mobile Communication Technologies & Wireless Communication). • Fluent in English • Familiar with site surveys activities. • Understanding of antenna design principles and their impact on radio network performance would be advantage. • Proficiency in identifving and resolving performance issues within the radio network.
