Responsibilities: • Developing mood board and design collection based on guidelines & mood board. • Monitoring product development process: Making samples (from last, pattern, materials through craftsmanship) according to the initial design. • Responsible for material sourcing; to select desired articles and qualify for confirmation at the component level by following required durability, quality and testing. • Evaluate all samples and correspond changes for development and progression of footwear designs. • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day tasks. • Coordinate with the director, design team, production manager, and sales manager to ensure effective work Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Art or related field with strong passion and skills in Art & Design. • Min. 2 years experience in managing and directing design team. • Creative individual who is up to date with current trends. • Strong project management skills especially in monitoring project timeline and progress, liaising with various vendors/ agencies. • Excellent communication skills and passion for the fashion and footwear retail industry.
