We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Staff to support the development and implementation of products for local supply. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product samples, provide production estimates, and ensure smooth execution of product development activities from concept to production.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development or any related field, Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, strong understanding of cost-effective product development methods, excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and willing to be based in Semarang.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth development of products for local supply, identify feasible and cost-effective product development methods, prepare accurate and timely production estimates, coordinate updates across internal departments, manage counter sample approvals and sample availability, maintain proper documentation, sample storage, and filing systems.
