Responsibilities: ● Mine, visualize and analyze data from company databases to provide insights and optimize product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and communicate data-driven solutions. ● Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques. ● Develop custom data models and algorithms for application to datasets. ● Establish processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance, feature usage, and other essential metrics. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field. ● 2-3 years of experience manipulating datasets and building statistical models. ● Proficiency in data cleaning and manipulation tools (Excel, Python, SQL). ● Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, proper usage of statistical tests, etc.) and hypothesis testing. ● Familiarity with various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. ● Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. ● A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ● Adaptable to a dynamic work environment. ● Understanding gaming trends is a plus. ● English proficiency is necessary as you will collaborate with teams from other countries.
