Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth through a product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, acting as the customer’s voice to guide cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) in building and launching successful products that meet client’s needs and business goals, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with company objectives.

• Client Focus: Act as the customer advocate, understanding client’s needs and pain points through research.

• Requirements & Prioritization: Gather, define, and prioritize product features and requirements.

• Solution Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Gathering information from client to identify its needs.

• Delivering presentation about technical solutions to client.

• Learn more about existing products deeply so that you can get solutions from client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronic or Computer/Mechatronic Engineering.

• Having good knowledge of various IT technologies (Network, IOT, Access Control, CCTV, Barrier Gate).

• Having minimum of 2 years’ experience as Product Specialist.

• Having the ability to use drawing software is preferred.

• Fast learner and have attention to detail.

• Willing to work outside the city, island or abroad.

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good verbal and written English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently, result oriented and as part of a team.
