Job Details: Conduct in-depth analysis of the surgical thread market, including market trends, competitors, consumer needs and preferences, and applicable regulations. Collect market data to support decision making. Collect customer feedback and analyze it to make improvements. Develop long-term product strategies and new product launch plans. Define product specifications, including material, strength, size, and packaging type. Monitor product performance, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction. Create product roadmaps and product development plans that provide added value to consumers. Develop product launch plans, including promotional activities, medical personnel training, and product distribution. Work with sales team to develop effective sales strategies and RnD team to ensure products are produced according to specifications and meet quality standards. Provide marketing materials and product training for the sales team.
