Production Supervisor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's Degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role within a similar manufacturing industry. * Solid knowledge of copper smelting, upcasting processes, and quality control practices. * Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. * Candidates with a minimum height of 170 cm will be preferred and willing to work in shifts. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Responsible for managing and controlling eest Machine operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency. * Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operation, process compliance, and safety implementation. * Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot process issues, and coordinate improvement actions to minimize downtime. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
